Confirmations and Cancellations

Kagan e-mails workshop confirmations. If you have not received an event confirmation at least two weeks prior to the event start date, please check the spam folder in your e-mail prior to contacting Kagan to confirm your registration. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the event start time, for a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. If an event is canceled, registrants will be reimbursed for registration fees only. We recommend you do not purchase airline tickets until you receive a confirmation and an “Admit One” ticket from Kagan.

Bonus Materials

Bonus materials offer terrific savings on products relating to each course. Save big with these optional packages! Bonus Materials will be sent to the participants’ home or school. Limit: one Bonus Materials per participant for each course. No returns or substitutions.

Product Displays

Kagan’s teaching resources will be on display at the in-person Regional Academies. Purchase orders are accepted so if you're considering purchasing for your school and district, bring your signed purchase orders!

Register for elective credit at the Academy.
Credit is an additional fee:

  • 2-Day and 3-Day Workshops: 1 unit is offered for $100.
  • 5-Day Institutes: 2 units are offered for $200.
  • 1-Day and Half-Day Workshops: No credit is offered.

Applications are only available at the Academy. Applications must be received at the Academy or immediately after to qualify.

Publicity Photo Release

By registering for a Kagan event, you have acknowledged and agreed that you may be photographed for Kagan's publicity purposes. If you do not wish your image to be used, please contact Kagan at 800.266.7576.

How to Apply
For courses with required prerequisites, you must submit a completed application with your registration form, indicating fulfillment of the prerequisite or equivalent. If your qualifications don't meet the requirements, you will be given the option of changing courses.
