I am writing a curriculum unit for the Yale National Initiative and may want to reference some Kagan structures in the classroom activities section. I imagine that these structures are copyrighted so 1) can I do this and 2) how would I give credit.

Hi Dave, thank you for your interest in Kagan! Yes, you are allowed to incorporate Kagan Structures into a project, but you are right in that they are copyrighted.
