Problem with Team Tools

I've emailed Kagan about a problem I'm having with Team Tools but have not gotten a response. This is my problem.....

When I try to save teams from a class in positions 6 & 7 only, either a few names are deleted or their level is deleted when I go back to them. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if something is wrong with my CD.

It's done this on 2 different computers with exactly the same results (one has Windows Vista and the other has XP).

Thank you for your message!

Please try downloading the latest version of the TeamTools Software to see if that can alleviate the issue.
Here are the directions:
1. Save your class information on a separate excel document so that you can easily export it when you download the latest version. Your saved classes will not carry over
2. Uninstall the current software from your device
3. Go to
4. Enter your email address and serial number
5. Once the serial number is verified, you will receive an email with a digital download link and instructions to finish the download

If you have any issues, please email and provide screen shots of any issues you encounter.
