Problem with Team Tools

I've emailed Kagan about a problem I'm having with Team Tools but have not gotten a response. This is my problem.....

When I try to save teams from a class in positions 6 & 7 only, either a few names are deleted or their level is deleted when I go back to them. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if something is wrong with my CD.

It's done this on 2 different computers with exactly the same results (one has Windows Vista and the other has XP).

You may want to try downloading the latest version of Team Tools. If you purchased the CD, you can find the serial number on the inside of your jewel case. You will be able to download the latest version digitally by following this link:

http://www.kaganonline.com/digital

It will prompt you enter your email address and serial number. Once the serial number is verified, you will receive an email with a link to download your software.

If this doesn't work, please let us know and we will have our IT Team look at the software.
