What is the best way to have students read the weekly stories daily so that all students are equally reading and engaged?

Go to your textbook page 6:24 - your highlighted page of structure choices.
Your content sounds like an example of "Presenting Information" content. Therefore, you might start with a RoundRobin (team reading in turns) etc. You have choices and the steps to each structure in chapter 6. Enjoy!
