- Economy: Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.
- 2nd Day & Next Day Rush: Please phone in RUSH ORDERS to ensure timely delivery. Call before noon PST (by 9am on Fridays). Rush orders are delivered on business days only (not weekends or holidays).
- Hawaii & Alaska: Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.
- Canada & International: Orders $100 & over are shipped via FedEx. Please allow 5–7 business days. Orders under $100 are shipped Priority Mail International (PMI). Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.
- California Sales Tax: 8.75%.
- International Taxes/Duties: For orders shipped via FedEx, FedEx will contact you prior to delivery to collect any applicable duties and taxes. For all other orders, Kagan will collect any applicable duties and taxes as part of your order. Canada GST is 5%, plus PST (if applicable). PST is charged ONLY on shipments to individual customers in selected provinces.

At Kagan, our goal is to offer the highest quality educational materials and deliver them to you in excellent condition, as quickly as possible. We guarantee 100% satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with any product or it is not received in excellent condition, you may return it for a full refund or credit towards your next purchase. If books are received damaged, we must be notified within 3 business days.
All books and learning materials may be returned at any time within 30 days. All videos and cassettes may be returned at any time within 10 days. Returned items must be in new condition.
College and university bookstores have up to 60 days to return materials. No right of return is extended to discounted sales.
To Return an Item
If you are going to return an item you must first call our Customer Service department for a return authorization number. Please do not bring return items to a Kagan workshop as Kagan is not able to return items at events.
Ordering with a PO
Using a Purchase Order (PO)
You may not order online with a PO. You must fax or mail your signed, approved Purchase Order to Kagan. You may use the online shopping cart to prepare your order. When complete, print it and fax it to Kagan with your PO. Or you may print out a Kagan Order Form to fill out and fax or mail with your PO.
