Dealer Discounts & Policies

To Qualify

Download and print a Dealer Application. Fill it out and fax it to Kagan at (949) 545- 6301. Kagan will contact you shortly after receipt to discuss becoming a Kagan Authorized Dealer.

Terms

Cash, Credit Cards, Checks, or Purchase Orders payable 30 day net.

Discounts

We offer a sliding scale of discounts. The bigger the order, the bigger the discount.

  • Discounts are figured on the retail price.
  • Discounts apply to mixed items in one order.
  • Discounts are figured separately on each order, regardless of purchase history.
  • Discounts do not apply to items that have a code beginning with W or D.
  • Items that have a code beginning with C are Combo Kits, discounted in the Kagan catalog. Dealer discounts on combos are based on the total retail price of items in the combo, not to the already discounted combo price.

Returns

Products must be returned in perfect condition within 30 days from date of receipt (videos must be returned within 10 days of receipt). Please call Kagan for return authorization.

Shipping

We ship all items via FedEx. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Shipping charges are based on actual shipping plus a minimal handling fee. Please indicate on your purchase order if your order is needed on a rush basis.

Catalogs & Flyers

We are happy to provide you with product samples, digital images, or customized copy. Just give us a call and we'll make arrangements. Also, please notify us of the Kagan products you will carry before each printing of your catalog. We want to be sure that you have the latest information (descriptions, prices, codes, page counts).

Vendor Program

The Kagan Percent-Back and Percent-Back Plus Programs

Promote engagement locally by making Kagan Publishing products available at your events. If you are putting on a workshop or conference, you can earn either 10% or 20% on all Kagan products you sell. It's easy.

Percent-Back Program: You collect the orders for Kagan materials and send the orders to our offices. We take care of shipping the items out to the purchasers and send you a check for 10% of the total purchased.

Percent-Back Plus Program: Exactly like the Percent-Back Program except we send the purchased items in bulk to you for you to distribute; you get a check for 20%. The 20% does not apply if Kagan sends a product display to the workshop or conference.

Please note: The vendor discount is only for trainers. Schools and businesses do not qualify for the vendor discount. Percent-Back and Percent-Back Plus only applies to individual orders; school and district orders do not apply.
