Edward the Emu

Post by nashja » Tue Sep 07, 2010 8:43 am

I was at the FL training with Jeff, and was wondering whether the lesson plan for Edward the Emu was a part of one of the Kagan books, or if someone has it that they can post. I would like to use it to try a group read aloud lesson with my students.

Thanks!

Judie,
The basic outline for that is in the text book in the lesson planning chapter. If Jeff had time in the training, he probably walked you through that page- look for multi-strucural lesson: language arts.

jackie-
Am I looking in the Cooperative Learning Book?

I was actually with Tom...not Jeff...

Sorry for the confusion...

If you look at Pg. 14.13 in your Cooperative Learning text book you will see the lesson used for Edward the Emew. It is not exactly the same but VERY similar.

I hope this helps!
