Writing a curriculum unit

Post by dostheimer » Sun Jul 17, 2016 7:53 am

I am writing a curriculum unit for the Yale National Initiative and may want to reference some Kagan structures in the classroom activities section. I imagine that these structures are copyrighted so 1) can I do this and 2) how would I give credit.

Thanks

Dave

Hi Dave, thank you for your interest in Kagan! Yes, you are allowed to incorporate Kagan Structures into a project, but you are right in that they are copyrighted.

You can review our copyright policy to learn how the materials can be used by following the below link. It sounds like Part 3 & 4 of the policy will be most-relevant to your inquiry.
