This questions is directed to Dr. Kagan. I just finished the second day of the Kagan training in the United Arab Emriates. I love everything that we did and think the most powerful part of it is that the professional development utilized the very structures were were learning about. Last year I finished my doctorate at Arizona State University where I studied collaborative teacher professional development. Now that I've attended this workshop I think that the kagan structures could be a powerful vehicle to drive teacher professional development. I was wondering if you had conducted any research concerning the effectiveness of using Kagan structures to facilitate collaborative teacher professional development? Would you be interested in studying this?
