| I purchased the book Win-Win and attended a workshop. I now need just the strategies section of the book as a quick reference of the strategies. I also purchased the Smart Cards for Win-Win. The Smart Card of the strategies only give an overview of the strategies and not the specific steps to implement. Do you ever plan to offer the strategies section of the book as individual cards that I can purchase and put in my desk and reference instead of taking the large book home? I would like to have the step by step strategies on cards that I can keep in a notebook in my desk to review and practice. |

Hi Zandoria,
Presently, the Win-Win Discipline book and SmartCards are the best products that we have for Win-Win. We will surely develop more support resources for Win-Win and appreciate your input. Hopefully will have a quick reference guide to offer you in the near future. But for now you'll have to lug around the book for all the structures and strategies.
Best,

Hi!
A group of us got together and made cards with the MOD structures on them. We each took one of the structures and wrote out the steps with "gambits" on index cards...enough copies for all in the group, (so if there were 5 of us and I was writing out the "Right Now Validation" structure, I would make 5 of them). We then hole-punched them and put them on a ring...that way we can flip through them periodically as a review. It's really kind of hard to reference them in the moment, but good to reference them in a quiet moment in order to be ready for the MOD.
We all have the book too, but like you, agreed with that it would be easier to have them at our fingertips and the smartcard was not detailed enough with each structure.
ANother thing that we are working on that is helpful is a Plannning Pocket. We purchased little index card sized file pockets from Target for a buck a piece and are collecting preventative procedures for the 7 positions in these. Then we use them when we are doing our lesson planning they slip easily into the bookbag to go home with us. Any questions, let me know!!!! |
